STORY ARTIST: Mark Simon – Electronic Football

This was another spot I boarded with Jeff Tremaine, creator of Jackass. This was shot in Tampa at the same time as the Buccaneers spot I did with him. When I first saw the spot, I didn’t think all of the gags we designed were there, but they are. The paper masks, the cheerleaders and more. It’s a fast-moving spot. And in case you were wondering, it really was a surprise for the star of the shoot. He didn’t know what was going on, so we had to design all the camera angles to be hidden cameras.
