STORY ARTIST: Mark Simon – Woody Woodpecker – Movie

Woody Woodpecker was a favorite of Mark’s as a child. He got to relive his childhood when he got to storyboard that annoying woodpecker. If you haven’t seen it, this movie is a mix of live-action and animation. Mark’s goal was to add the humorous physicality of the Woody from the classic 70’s cartoons. Mark has boarded quite a few projects with director Alex Zamm. It looks like it won’t be the last.
